    Bottom Line: Avoid this company
    Using travelsupermarket.com, Terminal A came up as the cheapest ticket provider when I searched for a return trip to Argentina, and although it was a slightly amateurish website, I booked and paid for the tickets online in September. With an almost immediate confirmation email, and access to the professional "CheckMyTrip" website, it all looked OK.

    However, a few weeks later, my 2 connecting flights were moved to less than an hour apart (never a good thing when flying via some of the out of the way places in South America), and I was told this was non-negotiable; I bit my tongue and accepted this. Then, 5 days before I left the UK, I had an email from Terminal A saying that one of my flights was cancelled, and that I should contact the airline to get tickets reissued on a simialr flight (and to NOT contact Terminal A). But when I did this, the airline told me (correctly) that it was Terminal A's responsibility to contact them as they "own the reservation". I was in a Catch 22 situation.

    I rang and rang and rang Terminal A on both their Lo-Call number and their direct Spanish number, but it put me in a queue every time and after 29min30secs, it cuts you off and you have to try again (i tried for 2.5hrs before giving up). I also tried their "Intellichat" web-based customer chat, which is useless, as after 3 hrs of receiving the same message "Your agent is currently busy but will contact you shortly. Your chat is important to us. Thank you for your patience", the system said it was outside working hours and was closed. Aaaaaaargh.
    I also emailed the problem to the manager and the helpdesk but have had no reply.

    Incidentally, the airline (TAM) were really understanding, and tried to help, but simply were not allowed to.

    So, in the end, in order to keep my holiday, I bit the bullet and bought a one-off, one-way ticket to cover the missing sector, despite the fact that I paid for a full ticket all the way there and back. I still have not heard back from Terminal A, and as they are Spanish, with no ATOL and ABTA registration, there appears to be nothing else I can do. Avoid this website at all costs - they are incompetent and will take your money and refuse to help any further.

    I have been adviced by AMADEUS on best prices at TerminalA and tried to book tickets for my colleagues using my business debit card. The web site looks quite proffesionaly, filling of the form was user friendly, I believed this can be smooth transaction. After checking all the details of our booking twice the confirmation email had displayed different date of departure, type of ID card, postal number, name of buyer and no name of my company.     I booked my flight online no problems ... I paid with my girlfriend's credit card, which we've done lots of times with other agencies. The first e-mail looked normal enough, confirming reservations pursuant to approval of credit card payment. The second e-mail came from a different website, and was written in poorly written English, and they were asking for a copy of my girlfriend's ID as well as the front-and-back of the credit card used, as well as a signature authorizing payments.     I bought a return ticket from Termainal A 3 days before travelling from Frankfurt to London. It was the best deal on the net; 30 euros cheaper than the nearest rival agent. However, after reading the reviews on here (one going so far as to think that Terminal A is fake website) I became extremely worried.

    On end of september, I've simply booked a Turkish airlines return ticket for Christmas. I've used my Lloyds TSB debit card to do the payment. I've received an email with a confirmation code.     I booked a flight for my wife and son to America, TerminalA took the money, and sent me eticket numbers.
    Upon the travel date we arrived at the airport 3 hours early and went to book in at continental airline.
    They was trying to print the tickets and after 90mins told us the system knows about us but they have not received payment from TerminalA.
    Helpline always engaged and busy, staff rude (i was told by the agent "I Couldn't care less this is my last day working here").

    Booking flights to and from Africa is challenging at the best of times. I found TerminalA to have the best routes as well as the best price. When I called for assistance they were very helpful, even with having to do a bank transfer (African security measures). Reading other reviews made me quite concerned.     Terminal A is the absolutely worst travel agency i have ever used... the customer services hung my phone up while i was still talking and they charge me for what they made wrong at the first place.

    Had no problems whatsoever. After I paid for my ticket I read these reviews and was obviously pretty worried but I was fine. I booked my flight with TerminalA.com about a month in advance so perhaps that had something to do with it.

    Good value, and had no problems, but judging by the problems other people have had, you probably want to book in advance.

    The ticket TerminalA.com advertized was different to the one they actually sold to me. my return flught was supposed to be direct as advertized but when i bought the ticket it turned out its a 2 stop ticket. i called them today and to my surprise they were extremely rude. their only reply was: show us the evidence. which i did but to no avail. i wish id read these reviews before booking my ticket.

    TerminalA really doesn't care for its customers.
    Booked 2 return tickets with TerminalA between Rome and Catania (Sicily) for 266 EURO, which was slightly better than the competing web sites. Carefully checked the web page and emails to see that my booking was confirmed. I also followed the advice on their web site and checked my booking with the checkmytrip.com web site - it even gate me an "Alitalia Airline Confirmation" reference number.     never ever buy tickets from terminala.co.uk..i think they have started a fake website..i booked a ticket,paid for it and the e-ticket...nothing happens...tried calling their helpdesk..the number is always busy???no replies to any of the complaints...finally i had to cancel by credit card which i used just to be on the safe side...my advice--stay away from this website!!

    Terminal A can cancel your booking anytime EVEN after it has charged you for the air ticket.
    Terminal A is highly rude if you call their customer service for getting an error corrected (which is their fault to begin with)
    Terminal A has absolutely no refund ethics whatsoever when it comes to refunding your money for non-issuance of a ticket on their behalf. They may take one month and won't even appologize.

    TerminalA seems to be present all over Europe, present in 19 countries including Russia and is now available in the USA although they don't advertise their presence in the USA which makes them kind of a "secret tip".
    It's quick and easy to use flight booking web finding the very best fares including low cost. Better than the leading US portals.. I needed some additional info and was able to chat live to an operator via their chat and received good and friendly service. Apparently their call cen ...
