After using one time, I developed a horrible burn to my face. I called Boots customer service number; they told me to go to the doctor. I went to the doctor who said it was a chemical burn and it would take time to heal. My face was red with swelling; I could not go to work for two days. Boots did not pay for my lost time at work, or the doctor. Boots told me to send them the product for testing, which I did; they did not reimburse me for the product or the shipping. Never, never, again!!!!

If this person bought a BODY serum, why did she put it on her face? The consequent burn is due to her own foolishness, not the product.
