“Appalling customer service - never got the goods or a...”

Ordered a sweater online. After 3-4 weeks and no delivery I started calling and emailing them. They never replied to my emails and on the phone said they would pass on my concerns to customer services. So who answered the phone then? They told me the Post Office had lost my parcel and I had to fill in a disclaimer form and they would resend the parcel. They never resent it. “Slowest company in the world.”

Ordered an item on 2 April - after many emails and calls the item arrived on 1 May. Really can you believe this. They even sent a letter by post even though I ordered on the internet!!!! Who uses post nowadays? I think they slow things up to have your money in their account. Very odd way to do business… Read Full Review

“bad bad bad customer service”

they were SO rude, really, really rude. I wanted to buy a coat, a very expensive coat. I phoned to find out how long it would take, the assured me it was in stock and it would arrive in time. I got the box (a couple of weeks later) and in it was a hat I ordered to go with coat and a note to say my coat would arrive "at a later date". I phoned to ask what was going on. I have found delivery slow, returns very expensive, considering the cost of their clothes, they should "buck up"!!! Their clothes are actually beautiful, but it's hassle.

“Dreadful customer service. ”

My mum oredered two twin sets from Peter Hahn in early August. Identical in every way except colour so it should have been fairly straight forward for them to deal with. She ordered from the catalogue and paid by cheque. I was happy enough for her to do so as she is house bound and it is a way for her to buy a few things now that she cannot get out to the shops. “BE WARNED YOU PAY ALL THE RETURN POSTAGE!”

I ordered a pair of jeans (£70) a few months ago but never received the goods. I contacted Peter Hahn a few weeks after the order and they told me that the goods would not be available til late April. Last week I received the jeans, which I no longer wanted as they were wanted for Winter not Summer! I was charged £4.95 postage so I phoned to query the order. “Worse buy for the year 2012”

After many confusing and long waits with Peter Hahn catalogue, I have to say that they are a complete disappointment. I wore the treggings I bought from them for a second time yesterday & I believe this is what a nylon bed sheet might feel like on a hot day. It was bagging, sagging, wrinkly at the back of knee, kept riding down,looking totally sloppy. “Bad Customer Experience!”
