“Casual racism when ordering to an address abroad and...”

Basically as the title says, they took my money out of my account then send me an email saying I'm subjected to a random security check because my delivery address is outside the UK (a destination that lines up with my surname being foreign) and the best part they declare they will cancel my order whilst holding my money. Ordered a couple of times before, no problem. The phone lines do not work, apparently the customer service representative can't hear me and giggles inanely because it's just hilarious, an email takes 24 hours to be read and facebook is slow to reply. Absolutely fuming, won't be buying from this brand again. Random security check, right who's gullible enough to believe that? A lot of attitude coming from a jumped up shop. Head of customer services informed me that I couldn't cancel the order even though Allsaints said they were going to cancel it anyway if I didn't give them more details, where's the logic in that? After a few angry messages, head of customer services contacted me and offered me a £50 gift card, but that's probably not going to cover the time and costs of sending the thing back because the item was sent in the wrong size with the tags changed ( the jacket didn't seem worn so I'm guessing a member of staff that got called in line is responsible for this). I don't think anyone would be naive enough to believe this is a coincidence. Last time I buy from this brand, really not worth the time and hassle involved. Now I have to send the bloody thing back to get a refund and I bet they'll expect me to organise and pay for that too. EDIT: After raising the issue last week, I was informed that on Thursday (today is the following Monday) that I would be informed when the pick-up I expected due to shoddy service would be arranged. I received no such information and after writing an email got an automatic reply that the person I had been in contact with is out of office til Wednesday. Somehow I think this is a feeble attempt and trying to stop issuing a refund for their mess-up. Luckily I paid via Paypal and if push comes to shove I will send the item back by recorded post and proceed to raise the problem thorough them. I've never experienced such disgusting behaviour before, DO NOT BUY FROM ALLSAINTS!!

Absolutely exceptional delivery service. I have bought many items from the All Saints online store in the past, and they have always arrived on time and by personal courier. Unlike other reviewers, I have never had any experience of damaged goods arriving. The items are always exactly as described and very well packaged.

This particular review however is in relation to their new text delivery service. On the day of delivery, I was sent a text in the morning to let me know my item would be with me between 12 and 1pm. And what do you know? 12.37 my item arrives. This sort of reliable service is what encourages me to shop with them again and again.

I usually buy from the All Saints shops and haven't had any difficulty with this. However, my mother wanted a cardigan which wasn't in stock in the stores so I bought it online. Firstly when the cardigan didn't arrive on time I called customer service. They told me that it had been delivered correctly and that they couldn't help me any more. I had to make a lot of phone calls in order to find out that they had delivered it to an incorrect address. When I informed All Saints of this they then promised to deliver another cardigan. This arrived and I gave it to my mother who found that it was damaged. Of course, I then had to organise the return of the cardigan, which was more hassle, as you can't return mail order goods to the shops on the high street. I then requested a refund and now, two months after the order was initially placed, this still has only partially been actioned and I am still emailing All Saints about it. I would recommend the shops but not the mail order service.

It is now 1st October and I have still not received a full refund for the cardigan despite numerous emails to All Saints (many of which are never answered).

sounds typical. I also had similar problems (sent me shoes in DIFFERENT sizes!), arranged the return. I was told that UPS would be collecting it and had no problems. Yesterday (a month after the collection) I received an invoice from UPS for £24 for the collection!!! I am on the phone with All Saints now to try and sort out their mess, yet again!

I have to agree with the other reviewer - fantastic designs, really funky and something different from most of the high street, but I have also come across a lot of items being damaged in some way - they really need to improve their quality control. Some things look better on the hanger than on, so do try before you buy! I think sometimes they are over priced and you could get better quality for your money, but I'm not sure you could get the same attention to the design.

Delivery time has always been good, often next day but I live in London which is where they ship from.

I'm in two minds about All Saints and although I've said I would recommend them, it would come with a warning.

All Saints offer an edgier style of clothing than most high street shops and obviously a lot of work and effort goes into creating their unique designs. This is the reason I love this shop! However, these designs don't come cheap and I would be happy to pay the prices, if it wasn't for one problem - the quality.

Not everything they sell is of bad quality, don't get me wrong, but a lot of the time the fabric is awful which is a real shame when so much thought has gone into the design. Not only that, but every time I visit one of their stores, I find AT LEAST one item on a hanger that will have a big hole in it.

I've only used their website to place an order twice, both times that item arrived on time and very quickly, however, the second time the jacket I ordered was not only nothing like the picture, but also came with a big hole in the sleeve. Since then, I've only ever purchased from a store so I can look the goods over for myself before buying them.

Another reason not to buy online would be their sizing, I find it tends to be on the small side and occasionally just simply a bad fit, so always try items on before you buy!
