Here we go again. So much trouble and run around when I return an item to this company. Last time they said they didn't get it, wrote a review on here and they suddenly found it the next day. I didn't use them for ages but my daughter saw a dress and shoes on here for her formal so I grudgingly agreed to try them again. However, it didn't fit right. “REFUSE TO RETURN P&P CHARGES AGAINST DISTANCE SELLING REGS”

I returned a sweater and was refunded the cost of item only NOT THE P&P. I emailed and had live chat several times quoting DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS - CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE JUNE 13 2014 - # 2011/83/EU which states that the seller must return any basic delivery charges made at time of purchase. Usually the client must pay return postage(which I did) but ONLY IF THIS IS STATED AT TIME OF PURCHASE. This is the second time I have ordered from Yours, the first time the jacket I purchased was made of a second rate material resembling felt, I didn't send it back as you have to pay for returns. Like a fool I put my faith in them again and ordered a swim dress and some jellies (sandals) the costume was ill fitting and the jellies were miles too narrow. I ordered 2 dresses with collect from store. When my order arrived only one dress was in parcel, no explanation, no e mail to say it would not be in parcel. No apology. On invoice it just said refunded. There was no refund back to PayPal. I sent countless messages to customer service. Not one reply to my request for refund. “Would not refund - don't buy with them”

I bought a number of items from them and when they arrived they did not fit. I therefore sent them back using Collect Plus. According to their website they process and refund you the day it is received back. After it was received back (I have tracking proof it was received) they did not refund me. I contacted them and they said it was due to a stock take. I enquired as to how long this would take and was told "as long as it takes" and to "just deal with it". I placed a order before Christmas that included a pair of boots. When I received the order they were not suitable so I sent all the items in the same parcel to get a refund. I received a email for part of the order and thought I would receive the rest of my refund when they completed the paperwork. I was placing an order online, the offer said spend 20.00, enter 'jumper'at checkout for next day home delivery at2.99! Couldn't get it to take, 3 attempts at online chat and I was told the offer finished the day before?! This is still advertised on the web. Yours clothing have messed up my order which resulted in my next day delivery not being delivered. When I phoned customer services they were rude , switching the blame to first PayPal and then myself. No apology. No offer of refund of postage. I requested to cancel the order as I needed the item today ( hence the next day delivery) but they still insisted I pay for the next day delivery service. I returned an order, and contacted Yours Clothing after a week to chase up my refund. I received an email back saying they hadn't received this and I had to chase the courier. When I placed the order I bought the pre paid return label to return by their courier, so I was surprised when I was told it was up to me to chase their courier, but I did this. I have an ongoing complaint with Yours, they initially replied to my fist contact via their online form, fobbed me off with a £10 credit on my account and basically since then have totally ignored me !!!!!! Clothes are nice but I would seriously warn international customers from ordering. Received a blouse as a gift unfortunately it was the wrong size. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to wait to get the receipt in order to exchange it.
