“No customer service skills at all. ”

Yours clothing have messed up my order which resulted in my next day delivery not being delivered. When I phoned customer services they were rude , switching the blame to first PayPal and then myself. No apology. No offer of refund of postage. I requested to cancel the order as I needed the item today ( hence the next day delivery) but they still insisted I pay for the next day delivery service. “Mental distress”

I was a happy wife to find some plus size clothes for my husband. But this soon turned into a horrifying experience. First, the courier company claimed to have delivered my package and signed, when I was not at home. “Problems with refund”

I returned an order, and contacted Yours Clothing after a week to chase up my refund. I received an email back saying they hadn't received this and I had to chase the courier. When I placed the order I bought the pre paid return label to return by their courier, so I was surprised when I was told it was up to me to chase their courier, but I did this. “IGNORANT IGNORANT IGNORANT !!!!!!”

I have an ongoing complaint with Yours, they initially replied to my fist contact via their online form, fobbed me off with a £10 credit on my account and basically since then have totally ignored me !!!!!! They owe me money for a return. My courier said she would see to it for me as I'm in ill health and since then it all went to pot. Clothes are nice but I would seriously warn international customers from ordering. Here's what happened with me who ordered from Switzerland : - First, Yours Clothing incorrectly filled out of the the shipping documentation which resulted in the customs charging me twice the whooping amount of 88 GBP for taxes. - I refused to pay twice and so pleaded Yours Clothing to sort the mistakes but it took many emails and phone calls for their customer service to finally react by proposing to cover… Read Full Review

Received a blouse as a gift unfortunately it was the wrong size. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to wait to get the receipt in order to exchange it. When I returned the store to exchange it I was a few days over the return period, which is not stated anywhere on the receipt so I was unaware that it was too late. I recently ordered some dresses from yours clothing which i couldnt look at them in my local shop as they were only available online. None of them fitted properly and one in particular was not very well cut. I am in the UK to study. I ordered clothes and waited. The order was cancelled but I didn't know this. I looked on line a few weeks later and found out it had been cancelled. No call. No mail. I never realized they still took the money from my credit card (I don't use my card very often). “Quality going downhill”

I have shopped online at Yours Clothing for a couple of years now and never had any issues until the last couple of orders...I have noticed that the quality of the material and the stitching is very poor.. I ordered the kimono style tops both of which had cotton hanging from the sleeve as though not finished off properly. I will still order in future but won't spend as much. I made few orders from them and had few issues - quality is not great, some items had different size labels inside and "outside", but I could have lived with that because I usually bought on sales. My friend decided to make an order too, so we did and I paid with my card. She received email from Yours with confirmation of order and payment received. I am a Belgium based costumer (since almost three years now) to Yours Clothing. No bad experiences here, not one. So I am truly surprised by all the bad reviews here. Costumer service works fast and always to my satisfaction. All inquiries are answered quickly, deliveries are fast(especially when you keep in mind they have to travel from the UK to Belgium).
