“Disgusting Service”

I Ordered a coat from Reiss on 27th October 2016 and paid £7.00 for next day delivery on Friday 28th October. After waiting in until lunchtime on that day I received a text to tell me it would be delivered on Monday 31st three days after it was agreed. When I protested to their Customer Services I was told it was my fault for ordering after 3pm. I had no notice on the order when they accepted my £7 next day delivery charge and it was clearly stated on the order confirmation as NEXT DAY. They didn't even refund this charge. I then e.mailed my disgust at the above and they merely responded by telling me the order would be delivered on Monday 31st October.No apologies and no delivery charge refund. To top it all the coat arrived today and I had already decided to return it in disgust only to find there was no DHL Returns form enclosed in the parcel. I then had to make four phone calls to get a returns booking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their Customer Services are appalling.

“Do not buy from Reiss stores”

Go and try on your items in the store - but ONLY buy them online. The store returns policy is terrible. The seemingly friendly sales people that were ever so friendly when I purchased become rude, aggressive and unhelpful once I had committed to my purchase and wanted to return an item. Had I bought it online I could have sent it back for a refund. With in store purchases you don't have this choice. NEVER BUY IN STORE - IT PUTS YOU AT A MASSIVE DISADVANTAGE.

“Buy Reiss online, not instore”

I've bought from Reiss instore and online, and I'd recommend online everytime. Unlike virtually every other High Street fashion retailer, Reiss doesn't do refunds if you change your mind (nor do they actually tell you this - you have to read the discreet (i.e. small) card beside the till). They'll only exchange an unwanted purchase or give you a credit note. So before you buy something instore, you have to know you really want it. To be fair to Reiss, its prices are such that you're less buying the dress, more "investing" in one, so it's less likely to be an impulse purchase later regretted. Having said that, who hasn't had the experience of trying something on in the shop then realising it looks terrible when you stand in front of the mirror in your bedroom? Distance Selling regulations mean Reiss has to offer refunds on online orders (although they still won't process them instore - presumably because customers who've only been offered a credit note might see and stsrt an argument with the staff) so online ordering is the way to go if you want to have the option of changing your mind. I have just bought two items in the Reiss summer sale. The website was easy and quick to use, the parcel turned up two days later, with the items beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and in perfect condition. Reiss was even offering free delivery/returns during its sale. So my advise is if you see something you like, try it on instore and order online. You get 14 days to decide it's not for you and return it for a refund. If everyone does this, Reiss's stores will turn into showrooms and they'll have to get rid of their tills (or their no refunds policy).

“This is possibly the worst website I've ever been on...”

This is possibly the worst website I've ever been on and the worst shopping experience. I ordered a dress, my card has been charged and it still has not arrived. I try and call customer services only to put on hold each time. I'm still trying to recover my money and am extremely disappointed. The dress was £200 and perhaps in hindsight a complete rip off. I vow never to shop at any Reiss store or online again. I rather go and spend my money off the high street where customer service means something and I know I can receive the item on time for any occasion and return it if it doesnt' fit. This is the most disgusting online experience I've ever had.
