Product was good but product arrived without gift wrapping or note as requested. Only included an invoice with the price that my girlfriend had to read to see who it was from as the note was not included! i got what felt like an automated response via email with refund on the gift wrap and 5% discount off a future purchase which feels more like a promotional tool than compensation. i am disappointed for the little help i received considering they wrecked my gift. i will soon be on the way... The items look just as they did in the photos but the quality was exceptional. I had looked at many chains and earrings both in shops and online but these were by far the best and certainly did not disappoint. The sizing of the earrings was the only thing that was not quite as I expected, one pair smaller, one pair bigger but that was probably my fault for not taking as much notice of the size described as I should have. When the watch came the watch box was damaged so I called The Watchshop and they sent me out a new box in post next day. Would definitely buy from The Watchshop again :) !
