    order number 298625 Gold belcher chain

    Excellent service! Ordered on sunday and it arrived on wednesday and I was able to track the order. I purchased the chain for christmas for my partner to replace one he lost. We had tried several jewellers in our area but to buy this type it would have cost over £1000. I saw this chain on your website and sent for it. I had to show it to him to make sure it was what he wanted. he was delighted and he said it was "quality". He tried his cross on the chain and said this is perfect. He can't wait until christmas day to wear it. I would definately use your site again and would not hesitate to reccomend it to others.

    What a brilliant way to shop, with an amazing amount of choice!!!! I was buying a present for my niece's 16 birthday and this Baby G watch will really please her (especially as it's pink!). The delivery of the purchase was very quick, amazing because of the industrial action of late. Many thanks for the wonderful service and I shall definately be shopping again at WatchShop.

    I experienced poor customer service from Watch Shop UK when watch purchased failed to work. Ten calls to the company later was told that the watch I bought could not be repaired and I was offered a refund. Prior to this I received no apologies and no calls back. I sent the watch back to be repaired and had to pay for the postage. I also had to pay for every call I made to the company. I received no recompense for my inconvenience or wasted time.
