i have used tesco clothing online for years and have been very satisfied by their service and operation. i usually order online and ask for the items to be sent to the local store. they have always turned up the next day and are ready for collection after 4.00pm. click and collect is the next big thing for online retailers and with tescos huge network of shops they have a big advantage. the only gripe i have is with the local large store. sometimes when i have gone to collect the items ive ordered, the staff are absent from the desk and you have to search around for them so recently i have asked for the items to be sent to the local tesco express stores and they have been quick. tesco clothing is of a good quality generally. the prices compare to Primark but the quality is definetly better. they use decent materials, wash well. dont shrink and last for ages. i have only ever sent something back because i didnt like the colour, look, etc but never for bad quality and for faults. i have a trick i use. i go to the website and go straight to the clearance section. there are some amazing bargains to be had there. by far cheaper than any sale price anywhere else. and when you take into account the next day free delivery its such a hassle free cheap shop.

A very pleasant shopping experience all items exactly as described very pleased with quick delivery, the only down side if I was to have one would be that free delivery does not apply to rep of Ireland customers this does bother me a little.

I ordered from these for the first time last week using the Click & Collect service. You pay for home delivery, but getting items sent into store is free and they take store returns too, so I figured I didn't really have anything to lose. Placing the order was easy, picking it up was easy enough (slow, but that was down to the store. I've left another review for them). They missed out on 5 stars because they never contacted me to say the items were ready to collect. They gave me a tracking number, and tracking it through the delivery company wasn't hard but it would have been nice to get an email/call/text from Tesco. The items I ordered were lovely, and the staff at Tesco let me try them on there incase they didn't fit and I needed a refund. Bear in mind that what they sell online and what they sell instore aren't necessarily the same.

I bought two items from Tesco clothing.com, a pair of shoes and a jacket. The jacket was stinky, smells very bad, like smoking and arm pit sweat. It looks like the jacket has been worn and retuned back. Anyway I took it back to the store to get just an exchange, I didn't even want a refund, the guy from click and collect desk at (Watford store Hertfordshire) was unhelpful, he didn't want to exchange it and he wasted my time and also I was late for work. I have insisted and asked for a manager to solve this problem, the manager came and backed up the guy from the desk by saying that the jacket is fine. So I said: Why would I come here and waste my time if there is not a reason? So he said the same thing as the previous guy from the desk, I have again insisted and I have asked to talk to someone superior, the manager told me to wait as he was about to call them and to get their approval for an exchange. That was disgusting as they wasted my time and I was furious. At the end I got the exchange and I left the store very angry and unhappy and I will never ever buy again. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
