Good Points: The history, the views, and using the walls as a vantage point (it's what they were built for after all) to plot your route around the city.
Bad Points: You need to pick your access points if you are bringing a buggy, wheelchair or have problems with steep staircases. There are ramped accesses at several points.
General comments: At Chester Roman City Walls you're walking around mediaeval walls, built on Roman foundations, in the footsteps of our ancestors - and you can call in at all sorts of lovely shops, bars and cafes! It's about 2 miles if you do the whole walk in one go, but such are the distractions the journey could take all day - planned properly!
Don't forget the camera.
