Good Points: Easy to download, easy to pay (used PayPal)
Bad Points: Did not solve my problem and I have not had a refund.
General comments: I was having problems booting up my laptop and I kept receiving the blue screen driver error as displayed on thebootcd.com. The Boot CD used this example specifically on its website and says that it will fix the problem. It did not fix the problem and when I told them that it did not work, I have not had a refund and they said that they can send me the software in the mail for $5. Why would I want to pay them more for something that clearly did not work?
