Good Points: Great Cliff Walk, Site kept neat and tidy, freindly staff.
Bad Points: Shared Bathroom facilities smelly - suspect drainage problem.
General comments: We have just returned from the Camping De Karvel caravan and camping site on the west coast of Britanny and have really enjoyed the stay. Although we were only able to choose the cheapest caravan, we were really impressed with the caravan interior and layout. The weather could have been better but we still managed to find lots of places to go in the vacinity:
The caravan site itself - excellent beach (10 mins walk)
Duarnenez - Sailing/boat museum and hundreds of unusual boats
Quimper - street festivals and market
Brest - Oceanarium better then the ones in the UK
Point du Raz - Great views and walks
Although we would recommend the caravan site and britanny as a whole (been twice) we wouldn't go back because the traveling was too much (from Cherbourg).
