The Roundhouse is a magnificent place. The main room has a fabous ceiling and the wooden ornaments are extremely beautiful. Great acustics and lovely atmosphere. (read more)

The Roundhouse in Chalk Farm is a beautiful venue and reminds me of the Barbican theatre. With a spectacular looking round (obv) main room with a domed ceiling flanked by huge wooden and metal beams the sound quality is good with great acoustics.

The room was mainly standing room only with a circle of seating around providing great views of the stage.

The toilets were clean yet small and the queues for the bar were not too huge. The cloakroom was a little on the pricey side with each... (read more)

I love the Roundhouse in Camden. We went and saw Will Young perform here in December 2008 and loved the fact the show felt quite intimate. Before the show started we had to line up outside up the street which is standard practice anywhere but considering how long the line was (which I was dreading) it didn't seem to take much time to get in at all. The staff were very efficient and there was plenty of toilets to accommodate everyone so waiting wasn't too much of a problem. The actual... (read more)
