    Good Points: Standing and seating.Attracts some brilliant bands and artists.Good acoustics, good sound.


    Bad Points: A walk, bus or taxi out of the centre of town.Expensive drinks, little choice due to sponsorship.


    General comments: The Apollo in Manchester, is a venue for everyone. There's seating for fans who have given up watching bands in a vertical posture, and standing that increases in height towards the back to you can get a good view whether you want to have the bar close at height or get in amongst things at the front. It won't appeal to small venue lovers but as far as venues this size go, is a good one.
