The Sports Nutrition is a very worthwhile qualification to undertake. You can do it as quickly as you want but it is best to take a little time over it. The lessons are full of great and valid information and the tests help you to apply knowledge and retain it. I was under the impression that i had paid for the course in full upon enrollment but it seems i had not paid in full but am paying monthly. I've been looking into home learning courses and came across their website. It clearly states the full cost of each course on the website and that you opted to pay monthly instalments. Had you done more research you would have found that no level 3 course is that cheap. A lot of courses cost over 200.

I asked for a refund as I realised the courses on Stonebridge don't give you anything for your future prospects. For example; In the hypnothetoopy course it can get you insured, whereas if you look around and go to the right college you can get the right accreditations to get employed whereas Stonebridge can't offer this - BUT the main factor is that... As our terms and conditions state, and according to the Distance Selling Regulations, refunds will be processed within thirty days of our receipt of your cancellation. Unfortunately, once refunds are processed on our end we have no control over how long it takes the funds to arrive in your bank account.
We also see that you had trouble getting through to our tutorial department and we do regret any inconvenience that may have caused you. Our offices are open from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, during which time our tutorial department is always available. We also have email support and a call back service to make sure you get support when you need it.

I left school in Ireland at the age of 15 years with no exams or qualifications behind me.When I decided to take the Mediation & Negotiation course with Stonebridge. I did wonder if I would be able to cope with the study involved or indeed understand the course itself.
I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had and well worth the investment of £169.00.Not only did I get 100% as I studied but I also got an A+ in my final exam.I am intending now to do basic law with Stonebridge. After submitting cousre work grades I only waited a maximum of 2 days for the tutor to email my marks through. Easy course to work with and online support was great. I did the NCFE Childcare Diploma and I thoroughly enjoyed it a lot. The course was not difficult at all, I found the assignments pretty straight-forward and very interesting. I learnt a lot about working and treating children safely and in the correct manner. This course provided me with plenty of knowledge and techniques about how to handle children whether they are new borns or toddlers. “Happy with course”

I did the Aromatherapy level 4 qualification with Stonebridge. I found the administration to be quick and easy. Response from tutors for marking was very quick and thorough. Papers were despatched quickly after each module. All in all very happy with the course and the college. The actual course papers were quite sparse but this encouraged you to do lots of research yourself which improves your learning experience. (read more)

I enrolled on a course with stonebridge back in 2006. I then received an 'information for students' booklet which states that the qualification I would receive would be recognised and accredited by several other education bodies. A few weeks ago I started the enrolment process with the Open University and wanted to transfer credits from my previous qualification (stonebridge) towards my degree modules to save me having to complete assignments I had previously done. I have recently enrolled on this course, and the content seems good. However, I am doing this to add to my Diloma in counselling which I acheievd after 2 years studying at a college with placement hours, supervision, therapy etc and it concerns me that these distance learning courses dont require any student to have thier work verified, or required to have any experience supervised etc etc and yet give the impression that jobs will be available purely with a distance learning qualification. None of the counselling courses are BACP accredited, and the NHS, schools etc wont consider any interest from those with purely on line diplomas.This is a problem as Counselling is yet to be regulated, so anyone can be " a counsellor" in affect. Having said that, I have looked through other courses at Stonebridge and am very tempted, the info is clearly set out, and quite thorough, so ideal if one wants to add to their qualifications, and like me has a young family and juggling jobs, family and studies.
