“Do not stay here”

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Cambridge on the 4th of February 2012. I booked over the phone and stated that I wanted to pay cash. They said this was fine. So we check in on the 3rd at around 5pm, upon checking in we had to give one of our cards, so my boyfriend gave his and we were told that this was because incase of damage etc and NO CHARGE will be put against the card.
