    SanDisk Sansa Fuze is a brilliant product until about 3 months after you buy it. then something will go wrong, like in my case the wiring was faulty. there was a 3 year gaurantee but they said it wasn't covered in it. very poor customer services. i liked the wheel operation but it does start to stick after a bit.
