Instead of a boutique hotel, my wife found www.pillowapartments.com where we rented a cool private flat, overlooking the port. We had our baby daughter and it was great, so much more comfortable and quaint than any hotel (and cheaper). Owner is cool, some Italian gay guy who runs the business really well. Great for dinner tips too! Very happy, see other comments I posted. Bad points, None really. The towels were too new actually, so had a few of those hairs coming off them, but that all, otherwise really amazingly furnished (and wifi too!).
