This is one of those service provider where nobody can complain about the service or the support.............. because there is none.

Down more than working, no response to emails, they do not answer the phone, cannot log onto their systems.

I am starting to think this company is a figmant of my imagination and I am going to wake up from this nightmare any moment...NOT

Stay away from these criminals! I signed up for their phone and broadband service. After about 6 months, £90.00 of my hard earned cash, numerous unanswered phone calls and emails i have decided to kick them into touch. I never even got as far as being conected. They are the worst company I have ever had the missfortune to deal with. Please do not go anywhere near them!!!!

i actually worked for this company as an installation engineer.i was told at the start that this was going to be the next big thing.what o load of cobblers.
all of the engineers have now been made redundant and it looks like the whole company will go into administration soon
i worked my butt off to try and make this work for the customers that i installed for and i know a lot of other engineers that did the same,only to be stitched up by this company.most of us at time of redundancy were owed 8 ...

This company is a joke we have had nothing but problems from day 1. We went for the phone & broadband package but it took months for them to set up and then there were still problems. I had to take a number of days off work for them to come out & try and sort.

Well, what can I say, they are absolutely useless, when I do get through to them they seem to say things are, or will be ok shortly, the last time, i was without any phone services for near 2weeks, whether land line, or voip, no replys to emails, so contacted ofcom, they sent them an email and I now have my landline back, when next is this going to happen, as to there tv via broadband, well forget it, at present it sounds great, but there is always lag(sound not matching picture), better off get ...

Stay away from something communications as they are rubbish, yes they maybe cheap but the service is terrible, you can never get through to them. I have tried on numerous occasions to get through to them this morning and when I do they cut you off. We have been without a phone now for nine days. Never again will I go with them again. STAY AWAY!!!

contact numbers do not work.
The voice over telephone line fails regularly which results in using a land line hence any saving projected in reality is not made. Actual final cost equivalent to B.T with with worst service
No answer is made to e-mails.to the company.
The only reasonable service was the installation however internet was not working for a period of two weeks waiting for changeover.

Hi everyone.
I signed up with this company to their £14.99 package of telephone and braodband with a £30 set up fee. About two weeks later on the 7th July 2009 I received the contract and to my shock the monthly cost was £34.99 with a set up fee of £85. I phoned their helpline and was told that I had signed up for their telephone, broadband and TV package. I was told that their records would be ammended and I would be sent a new contract. Whatever you do, just stay away from them. They have very attractive prices but the level of service is very poor. We've only been with Something Broadband for 2 months and the stress level is right up. We have the Broadband and telephone (VoIP) with them and we have encountered numerous problems with our line connection. At last, it seems to be working, but how long for?? Something Broadband sent an engineer to our property who installed all the equipment including a wireless router and voip telephone. We had a bit of trouble getting used to the voip phone but when we rang their helpline found them to be very informative and helpful. So far we've had no issues with the service and feel that its £19.99 very well spent each month, especially as this includes our line rental.
