i bought a box from them in August 2015. the box work fine but freezes a lot. ahving to be rebooted several times a week. the main button on the remote has become very hard after just 3 months making it extremely hard to use the system comfortably. phoned Technomate and they refused to send a replacement. they wanted me to return my remote first before they will send a replacement. they could not understand (or didnt care) that this will leave me without a remote meaning i cant use the system and watch TV. the insinuation here being that I'm lying or trying to cheat them. something i have no time for and just want a working remote. They also wanted me to pay for the cost of sending back the remote despite informing them the 'Sale of Goods act' says they should cover costs like these. complaining to the customer service manager and to the company directors over something as simple as replacement remote got me no where. i dread to think what it will be like if it was the main box going faulty. absolutely terrible after sales customer service. should be on 'Watchdog'
