    Bad Points: Poor spares after sales service. Ryobi head office do not supply and direct you a third party company. I found Garden 4 less very helpful and able to supply new bar and chain at a reasonable cost.Chainsaw suffers starting problems and chain keeps coming off during use no matter how tight you secure it. Bought new chain and fitted as per instructions, came off within 2 minutes of use, wrapped around the drive cog and ruined it.


    General comments: The Ryobi RCS-4046C is a value for money chainsaw but not good enough for trades use. Clear instructions and sturdy carry case but not tough enough for long term use.If you plan to use a chainsaw on a more frequent basis I would suggest saving up and buying a more reputable and expensive model
