This phone is a big improvement over previous models. The thumbpad replacing the "mouse ball" is an impressive, much needed improvement. The screen color and quality is exceptionally vibrant. The features and navigation are simple, too. The only complaint I have is the keypad buttons are easy to press, which often results in double letters if you press on the button for just a bit too long. Otherwise, a great phone with a long-lasting battery. (read more)
