The combination of touch screen and qwerty keyboard make this a very user friendly phone. The screen is small but probably about the same size as those with bigger screens half of which are taken up by an on screen keyboard. For a phone that is not a gimmick or a toy but just does what you want it to do, its going to be difficult to better it. The Palm interface is uncomplicated even though based on a windows platform, everything worked without fuss. I've given it 5 stars as it does exactly what I bought it to do.
