Good Points: The 28shot mag, light and looks good
Bad Points: Double action is heavy picky with pellets
General comments: All in all a good pistol the 28shot mag takes time to load but when u got 2 mags who cares...
question: my double action is a hard to use some times it works for maybe 4 shots and then i hav to single again
any help on how to make it work better ?

Anics SKIF a-3000 is really accurate, fast shooting, very nice size clip, the trigger was a bit stiff, so i used some gun oil and it sorted it out, and the magazine was the same so a little gn oil in the rotating part and it sorted that out to. Zero in the sight, and it was a bit stiff but using broke it in make a extremly fun gun to use

Well, if you know how to load it, it never jams. Make sure that the ammo is in the right position and keep the right parts lubricated, it never jams. Lead pellets tend to move from their position if they stay in magazine for long so they can cause jam if the move even a little bit. Lead pellets must be loaded and shot immediately. Had air riffles b4 not had a pistol, great fun, 28 shots is brilliant and only had one problem loading the magazine and that was my fault for not using the tool provided it jammed 1st time but after i stripped it down and put all pellets in correct not had a problem since.

This is my first co2 gun..i've had it a short time but so far I'm enjoying it, shame about the trigger..but 28 shot mag is good fun...lots of people seem to have had problems with it jamming, can't really say i have, think if you try pull the trigger to quick you feed two rounds in and that might be it, but make sure the pellets are place in the mag right using the tool provided and line the cambers in the mag up to the hole on the top..the only thing i got near to jamming was when the gas ran o ...

It's a great gun highly recommend it i have had many co2 pistols but this is by far the most accurate and most powerful if you want a cheap co2 gun go with the Anics it's wicked

I borrowed one of these from a friend I have had it about a month. I have taken it down the shooting club a couple of times, first time I tried to zero in the open sights but this was very difficult as each shot went in a completely different direction. After a while I managed to get it to just about hit the target most shots. I would recommend against buying the Skif-3000 and also against buying anything from Champion Shooters Supply (ShooterCatalog.com), here's why:
I bought the gun because of the 28 pellet magazine. It comes with a small tool to allow one to seat the pellets securely in the magazine. I tried several kinds of pellets, all high quality but of various weights, and shot about 4 magazines trying to set the sights. I bought an Anics Skif A3000 about 2 years ago as my first foray into CO2 air gunning. I read a lot of reviews and, chiefly on power and magazine size went for the skif.
It's quite a good looking gun and has a reasonable weight to it. It also came in a hard plastic case with a couple of loading and dejamming tools.

I've had the Anics Skiff for about a year now all the reviews that say that there are jams are wrong nothing goes wrong with this is an amazing gun also iv seen on the internet it doesn't take pointed pellets well it does i have tried nearly all .177 pellets and they work, i also have a Colt and a Smith and Wesson pellet gun the Anics is better my miles more power and accurate!

Me and a friend bought this CO2 pistol despite all the negative comments out there, the 28 -shot mags intrigued us. I own a CP88 and a CP99, both extremely nice guns, especially the CP88.
So what have we experienced so far:
1- No jams, none!!! Between the two of us probably 500 shots fired.
2- Very accurate after setting sigths - excellent grouping at 10m
3- 430fps average with Prometheus Dynamic Triple P1's, best 452fps

I had this gun for half a year. At first it did not work at all due to constant gas leak. Had it sent back and leak fixed. After this the gun worked but I was not overly happy with it. The complex mechanism for firing means that the trigger pull is very heavy and slow to return, and the magazine jams twice for every 28 load (Making the 28 round mag much less of a bonus than it sounds. A few may bad like everything else. I have 2 of them and have never had a problem. You have to treat this air pistol like a real gun not a toy, get familiar with clip and ammo loading procedure and use the pistol single action most of the time since double action is so stiff anyway. It's far more accurate this way also. I have numerous c02 pistols and this one rates right up with my cp88.cp225 and the rest of my high end c02 pistols.

The instrutions are clear on c02 placement as far as the little thingy that is a pellet seat, when properly adjusted it works fine, bb's do not work unless they are lead, steel are to small.
The trigger is not that hard unless you have the mag jammed with the wrong ammo, sounds like you might.
This pistol requires common sense, it is not a childs toy. Read the instructions good until you understand them well and you should not have any problems.

I have had this pistol for three weeks now and it is the best life-like air pistol in my collection. The price is suprisingly low when you see and feel the quality of the weapon, it really does feel like the real thing; whether its for plinking or close up ratting I would reccommend it to any serious shooter. It is also great for teaching the kids how weapons should be handled. *****

I had Anics Skif A3000 for one and half years. It could have jammed if you shot BB but free from jam, if you apply pellet on magazine.
I had a great time with its 28 shots, powerful and quick action like a G-clock, however, it broken down after 2000 of shots. Maybe I just had bought a faulty one. I myself, do not recommend this gun to all the shooters.

Received my Anics Skif A3000 pistol a couple of weeks ago. Jams constantly. Gas leaks. No amount of tender loving care makes the thing come good. I think it's cheap, dressed up as a serious weapon. I did 20 years in the Army and know a little bit about weapon handling. This pistol is a waste of money and will be going back to the retailer.

I've owned the Anics Skif 3000 (F1 Short) for over 6 months now, and it's been fantastic. I bought it despite reading reviews about it constantly jamming, and I'm glad that I did, as I've never had any jams. I've mainly used 2 types of pellets - Bisley Practice for targets and Prometheus for shooting birds/squirrels. I've oiled the mags after about 3 rounds (86 shots) each. I guess people who complained about jamming simply didn't take care of their guns.
