“Very disappointing”

Being a member of the gym at the hotel for several years it was the obvious choice for our Wedding party. What a disaster. We were warned that food doesn't come in generous quantities so during meetings with the events organiser we stipulated under no uncertain terms that we wanted a sumptuous buffet. Our party followed our wedding abroad. Thank goodness we never had the whole thing at the Vale. We ordered food for 185 guests, around 90 were catered for. Guests were told that more food would...
