    I love Zooplus. I have shopped at many other internet pet shops and none come close. The assortment is great, layout of website so easy to useyou usually get a free gift thrown in too - lots of special offers. I will definately be using regularly for my kitten's things as it is the only pet shop online I would trust, having used many. I cannot understand the negative reviews on this site, this has not been my experience of zooplus at all. Prompt service and great value.

    Dear All,

    ZooPlus & Eheim

    Ordered a Eheim Aquatic Vacuum cleaner. After 3 weeks, the internals began making a grating noise then the item went completely kaput.
    I returned the item for a replacement, as the one sent was inherently faulty. After a month I've had no replacment. Very Very Poor Customer service.

    Electrical items use two pin plugs and adaptor supplied is giagantic and not practical when space is at a premium..from my point of view.

    Last order in February - received a 2.75 kg bag of food instead of a 3 kg bag. Contacted company and Zooplus told me to send a photo! and have never refunded or replaced.

    Order received today Snack box containing 5 items only contained 4 - have contacted await response

    I've used Zooplus for most of the items I required for my rabbits. This includes large items like exercise pens & hutches and also small items like litter trays, nail clippers & toys. I've found them to be absolutely brilliant as far as product quality, price and delivery is concerned. Everything arrived on time, well packaged, and as described. The discounts they offer make them very competitive with other pet supplies sites. The range they offer is extensive so you shouldn't have a problem ...

    The cat bed I chose before Christmas looked perfect and the company looked reputable online.Firstly, it took two weeks for the product to arrvie when it stated it would arrive far quicker than this.
    When it eventually arrived, it was a dog bed not a cat bed and in a completely different style.
    It took them time to collect this and they wouldn't provide a simple swap with the item I was waiting for.
