Computer was sorted out and returned the same day.
it was a simple virus to get rid off i had just not come across it before. I was not very happy when i found out they had charged me £35 to run a freeware programme called Malwarebytes through the system takes about 15 mins i would say that i was grossly over charged. Did not seem very polite to me and did not appear to listen to what i was saying to the extent that i wrote down what was wrong with the macine on a bit of paper. They also turned up an hour late.
