i needed some rayban prescription glasses sorting in a week before i left the uk; they happily said they'd post them out to me (insured tracked service) in south america but as it turned out they managed to get them made and shipped out to me the day before i left - i was amazed - and they're at least half the price of folks like D&A - was concerned ordering online as this was my first pair of specs but their communication was first rate - would recommend them in a heartbeat.

First I should say that I've been to the same local optician for 26 years. I never thought that I would buy from anyone else. I did look at their range of frames, wasn't keen on any of them and they were pricey, approx £560.

I desperately needed new upgraded specs for a forthcoming holiday, knew what D&G frames I wanted and had my mind set on them. Looked all over my local area but these frames were not available.

With some trepidation, not quite knowing if I was doing the right thing, ...

I am not one for write reviews but I thought I would on this occasion as I think my experience may help others.

I was very cautious in buying my glasses online given the number of problems that could arise in doing so. However, given my optician quoted me £390 I had no other option but to try and find them cheaper. There were many websites that offered the glasses I was looking for but I have to say most did not look professional and that really put me off.

Your Online Optician have brilliant customer service - very prompt responses and very helpful. glasses delivered on time and also saved loads of money - would definitely recommend - great selection of frames, great CS experience, low prices. they had a discount voucher for free shipping "FREEDEL", might be worth a try :)

As i have a strong prescription, i was unable to order my lenses through the lYour Online Optician lense wizard and contacted customer services. They emailed back quickly with simple instructions on how to order my glasses and kept me upto date on the progress of my order.When my glasses arrived, there was an issue with the alignment, and i was able to send them back straight away and i had them back in a few days.Overall, i had a pleasant experience dealing with myonlineopticain and will be buy ...

Your Online Optician service is horrible - wait for two weeks to get one reply - wait a fortnight to get another reply (if at all). Be prepared to call your credit card company to set up charge back - you may need it.

Found this site and it was the cheapest and customer service was very good. Was called to double check the prescription. Glasses arrived within stated timeframe and were exactly as I expected. Would use 'Your Online Optician' again.

Your Online Optician was the cheapest for the Rayban spects I was looking for - service was good - had a phonecall to confirm some info I had missed out. Great price - included reflective free lens. it took slightl;y longer (10 days) to come than I would have liked but I guess that's about average.
