    They should change their name to mobile NOT fun!!!

    The key word when it comes to dealing with mobile (not ) fun is FRUSTRATION!!
    If you choose to buy a sim free phone from them, as I did almost a year ago, start praying that the phone does not break down so you don't have to return it to them, because that's when the problems start.

    First of all, no matter who you talk to at mobile not fun, no one care and no one wants to help you.
    You get the fealing that they are all there because they have to and the fact that you are calling them to ask for help is too much of a problem for them.

    I've lost count of the number of time call sent emails and talk to someone on the phone about my faulty phone.
    I spent over £400 on a sim free phone and an additional £100 on accessories...boy do I regret it.

    I sent my phone back for repairs over a month ago and still nothing! Everytime I call them I get an attitude of it'll be ready when it's ready!!!!! I'm thinking of taking them to the small claims court.
    If you decide to buy from them, good luck.....!
