“o2 behaved disgracefully towards the end of my contract ”

THe service provider was decent, connectivity was fine, and I would not complain and actually recommend the service provider. However, the events which occurred towards the end of my contract period were outright disgraceful. I initially asked for my phone to be unlocked on the 30th of June, when I also cancelled my contract (18month contract).
