    Good Points: I loved the historical research behind the colour.I loved the journey to distance lands and observations of different societies.It gave me a greater appreciation of classical art and what lengths artists went to achieve results.


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: Although I read Colour: Travels Through the Paintbox by Victoria Finlay some years ago I still remember it vividly.I was enthralled.I couldn't put it down.I would highly recommend it to everyone even non art people.
