Before I upgraded my phone I dropped the Nokia 3510 countless times and actually towards the end (where I was planning on upgrading) was constantly careless with it. It's been soaked through before and after 24 hours in an airing cupboard it was absolutely fine again. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a simple phone and doesn't care about "style" or the latest model. (read more)

The Nokia 3510 phone is very cheap, compare to its features and capability.
It has phonebook memory large enough to handle my contacts, and still 70% free. No other phone I've used can hold all my contacts. Furthermore, I can put anything in phonebook, not only phone number. I can put memo, address, e-mail address, fax number, office number.
I have tested the phone by dropping it onto a concrete floor about 5 metres high. It is still working, no visible scratch, no broken casing. Off... (read more)

I think this Nokia 3510 mobile phone is great value 4 money no matter what people say bout it here!! the phone has a great layout, nearly the same as the 3310 which is good. U can hold lots of messages beacause i held 150 messages b4 i deleted them but you can also save lots of numbers on the phone which is lethal!i got dis phone 4 £80 on pay as u go and i thought it was great value 4 money!it is as good as quality as any other phone apart from the camera! but overall well worth the money (read more)

I got this Nokia 3510 phone as a christmas present last year. I smiled at my parents, but inside I was screaming. I hated it. It looked like a Duplo Lego piece. I preffered my old 3330 to this! Basically the alarm that wakes me up sounds like a fire bell, not good, since I go to boarding school! The ringtones are well, not the best! Theres no composer!!! And well.... I'm never getting another Nokia again! Getting this horrible monstrosity out is almost as dramatic as Crossroads! And yes, it... (read more)

I think that this 3510 is Nokia's cheapest mobile phone with polyfonic tones and with GPRS facility more over it have best options of making folders and arranging documents as well. i love its animated screen savers.

I'm happy with this phone. The games are great and it only costs £80 from Argos if you're with Orange (in England) It looks good from the front but when you turn it around you see that the back cover is a totally different colour which ruins it, the 'on' button is bright green as well but you can always buy a nicer cover. The worst thing about it is that there is no ringtone composer and that is one of the best features on phones. Overall though it's a really good phone. (read more)

This phone is terrible. It looks like 'My First Mobile' for 3yr olds. I'm ashamed to get this thing out in public.
Massive, ugly, silver buttons. Navy Blue front, Baby Blue back, clear sides and a nasty Slime Green on/off button on the top. All in a lovely, cheap plastic finish. An aesthetical disaster. Unless you want to look more camp than a row of tents, you're forced to buy a new facia. Good marketing ploy, Nokia.

Superficial review: I am sorry to say that I could not really get on with this phone. It had egregious dark blue front, sky blue back, clear blue middle, and bright green button. To add to this, the plastic was did not have a good grip, the phone is thick, and it meant I was constantly afraid of dropping it.
It also seems to me that the phone is a license to print money for Nokia. You are almost forced by the gods of taste to replace the cover. Further, polyphonic ringtones and games are for... (read more)

I got his 3510 when it was brand new. I had not seen any anywhere, except on websites, and thought that it was a good value phone which looked good. How wrong I was. The phones colours are revolting, and even with new covers the phone seems somewhat cheap and tacky. The see through bits on the side and the yellow button (which I may add is hard to press) are another drawback for me. The polyphonic ringtones ring in your ears, and really make you want to heave and be sick. I just have the... (read more)

The Nokia 3510 is another excellent nokia product with all standard features. Color screen is ok, polyphonic ring tones are nice, a very large and practical phone book, good reception, may be the exterior of the phone is a bit too coloful, I would have liked a more decent color being 34 years of age, it supports arabic so i can send messages in urdu and can also personalize my phone book in urdu, just for a change. Furthermore the polyphonics are not very loud on some tunes but just choose the right ones. All in all, the Nokia 3510 is the perfect phone for a person that needs a basic mobile for communication via SMS and voice. As an added value, you get WAP via GPRS and a nice Organiser function as well.
The keypad is very well designed, and the phone itself feels very sturdy. The screen is big and easy to read. Most of its features are very intuitive and quick to master.
So, what's the matter, then?
Software stability is a joke. There's at least 20 different known bugs so far, and judging... (read more)

I own a rather old 6110 which I got from my employer. I bought the Nokia 3510 mobile phone for my friend. We are satisfied with it so far. I miss the snake game, I'd rather exchange "dance to music" to snake or snake 2, since snake is my all time favourite. I miss connectivity, so if I own a PDA and was on holiday I could surf the net via GPRS or similar technics. Other phones can do that. I used to have a 7110 but this was too big to keep in my pocket when at a club (although it looked really good at the end of the night when phoning for a taxi!!) so I then moved on to a 3330. This was really handy and had some nice cosmetic touches, like the screensavers and the picture messaging. Then after looking around on the Nokia web site I came across the 3510.
