This is a very good treadmill w2hich I bought from Gymworld in January 2007,in nov 2010 I contacted York regarding a replacement running mat and I was very surprised by their reply below;

"Dear Customer,

I am sorry, but we no longer have any spares for this machine as it has been discontinued for some years now. We aim to keep spares for at least 3 years after they are discontinued but after that we are not able to keep sourcing them. Apologies for the inconvenience.
