Whilst in Scotland my wife and me visited the Pagazzi lighting shop in Gretna and purchased 2 floor lamps in polished chrome. They were excellent value for money and more reasonable than similar lamps with the same quality that we had seen. As we were on holiday they were more than pleased to store the lamps for 2 weeks and after picking up the lamps we drove home to South Wales. I purchased a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a small glass glass corner table on the 27th March at the Braehed Pagazzi store. However realised on returning home that neither were suitable and decided to return both and as the uddingston store is nearer to my home travelled there on the next day, the 28th March not anticipating any problems returning both having read the receipt stating goods must be returned within 7 days unopened. “Fire in fitting”

I am still in shock, the light fitting we bought last week from Royal Quays branch was fitted same day and worked without problem until today, opened fitting to find a burnt out cable that smelled of fire and some flame marks inside. Obviously this could have caused a fire in our home, I have three daughters which one has a bedroom above. “Expensive Rubbish”

First impressions of the shop "cheap looking products with very expensive price tags". Nevertheless we bought a ceiling light unit costing £170 but on arriving home and checking the goods we found 4 missing crystals and 1 broken crystal. The box had been opened previously perhaps some of the parts were given to another disatisfied customer. The light unit required 6 bulbs but Pagazzi had none in stock to we had to shop at Homebase on the way home for them. So tomorrow we have to return to... (read more)

I bought 2 Lamps which was £1590 in the sale and they blow every week and 1 of the lamps has 5 bulbs,I have to replace the bulbs every week or 2 and also the fuse, I took it back to the shop and they refused to take it back, I wouldnt ever buy any light or lamp at all from here again (read more)

After a lovely shopping experience in the Livingston Pagazzi branch earlier this week I felt I just had to write a review recommending the company and in particular this store. I had been looking online at lighting for my newly decorated living room for a little while before a friend suggested I try Pagazzi for some ideas. Visited the new store at Royal Quays North Shields yesterday and wanted to purchase Santiago 3 light floor lamp £59.00,was told it was the only one they had and were not able to order one,the manageress assured us thet it had only came in 2 days ago and put out on display the next day,although there was no box or instructions we decided to purchase it on her assurance.

fault the store. I was served by Angie and she was very helpful. They went
out of their way to help as I was in the shop for over an hour. Much better than lightcraft and

I would not recommend this Pagazzi store to anyone, I purchased a lamp shade here at the Tullicoultry store near Stirling but was not certain as to which one to buy the manager told me to buy both and that i could bring the other back although there plolicy is to return it within 7 days she said because i only wanted one and was not sure of which one I wanted that she would refund the money within the period 28 days due to the fact i lived quite far from the store and could not get back... "WARNING" I would not recommend PAGAZZI to any one, I have shopped there, at the store in Tillacoultry near Stirling, there customer care is very poor even to the extent of giving you the wrong information about there policy refund and this was by there store Manager Audrey, they set a bad example do not beleive there customers even when i wrote to their HQ, customers certainly do not come first with this store. Pagazzi lighting has to be the most over priced and unpleasant place to ever shop in, they have no customer values and no intentions of being fair with there prices, i have often seen the same product in lightcraft and sher brothers for half the price. The prices they charge for rug is rediculess and over priced when you can get the same rugs in B&Q and Dunns for far less and the standard and finish that is on there mirror is terrible and one of the best comments i was even told by a manager...
