    This Manic Panic Powder Blusher is a joy to use. It's a very nice colour, goes on very smoothly and has a slight sheen to it so it brightens up your face. It also blends out well which makes it blend into your foundation flawlessly. The only downpoint is, as with most blushers, if you apply too much, it is quite hard to fix. You would have to remove it as if removing your makeup rather than try to blend it out.With this product, start with little and build it up to your desired colour strength. Good staying power, not too bright, blends well.
