    I ordered a laptop for next day delivery a week ago. However, I now have to contact them to confirm my address/protect against fraud, even though my delivery and billing address are the same. I've never had this problem with any other company. I've rung them 3 times, spent a very long time on hold, left a message for them to call me, but as yet haven't managed to speak to anyone. I can't even cancel my order and get the laptop from somewhere else as this also needs to be done over the phone. Why offer (and charge extra for) next day delivery if they can't deliver, and why pretend to have online ordering if you also have to call them on the phone (repeatedly, when there's no one there to answer)?

    I have used CCL Online a number of times following my positive experiences. Their products are keenly priced, and whilst postage via next day courier is in the region of £6.00 it is well packed and always arrives on time.

    I have needed to RMA a product with them too and they were swift in their response to allow a swift return and replacement of the faulty item.

    CCL Online has quick delivery, good price, constant order status notifications. Recommended.

    Bought a sound card from CCL Online that crashed my system uninstalled and my computer was fine took it back after highlighting that there could be a compatablity issue (as i found out later from Creative we bsite) but they were not interested I owuldnt mind i bought a different sound card that works perfectly from them whilst they 'tested' the one that crashed my pc then told me theres nothing wrong with the card and i cant have a refund.     I bought from CCL a number of years ago, in their fledgling years and received a faulty graphics card. After reporting this I received a prompt replacement, which unfortunately didn't work too, but CCL took it back and gave me a full refund.

    This left a good impression on me and I recently stumbled upon them again when pricing-comparing a 24" monitor. They are still very competitive with their pricing and I decided to order with them again.

    If you live local to them (based in Bradford) then its perhaps OK to deal with as if you have a problem you take the item back directly. If you have you have to rely on mail order,then its a risky business with CCL
