    THEY HAD GREAT FOOD, THE ATMUSPHER WAS GREAT EVERY ONE AROUND ME WAS HAPPY, THE STAFF REALLY POLITE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS RESTARANT TO EVERY ONE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND THE FOOD AND DRINK WERE GREAT VALUE FOR MY MONEY, I ONLEY WENT THERE FOR A QUIET MEAL. BUT WOULD LOVE TO TAKE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THERE ON A REGULAR BASE'S.

    We visisted Zizzi's in a group of 10 for my birthday. After waiting at our table for 1 hour, we still didn't even have a drink! The food took over two hours - despite constant requests and reminders.
    There was a pregnant diabetic woman with us who had to leave with her husband, as she couldn't wait any longer for the food - when we explained this we didn't even get an apology, let alone a bottle of wine or something as a gesture.
    This visit was on 14th August - I tried to telephone the head ...

    I went to Zizzi Covent Garden on a hot bank holiday weekend in Covent Garden, so as you can imagine, everywhere was packed!

    Inside was nicely decorated with a rustic feel, and we had a nice view of the wood oven in the kitchen.
    We were taken to our seat and given the menu to flick through. It's packed with all sorts of Italian style food, pastas, pizza and salads.
    I requested a lasagne and my partner ordered a pizza. We also requested some garlic bread and a bottle of wine.

    We went to Zizzi in Richmond for lunch to make use of their 2-4-1 deal. The restaurant was about half full but they seemed to be very understaffed for a friday lunch time. The waiters serving us seemed very slow to take our order, and the food came out very slowly and not altogether either. The food was nice once it had arrived. I shared the anti pasti (which surely shouldn't take long to come out as it doesn't even need cooking!) and then had a pasta dish with chilli and chicken. It was ok, sta ...
