It took over 10 days to get a replacement, which arrived the same day as the missing printer. They refunded the carriage because the delivery was not as promised. Okobe's high review ratings here and elsewhere actually hide the true picture. The reviews are strenuously misleading and an ostensible smoke screen. They are based on customers who: do not have a problem, do not need to return an item, do not even need to contact the company in any way for any reason.
