    I have been on a number of holidays with Regal Dive over the years and their customer service in my opinion seems to be becoming steadily worse. The last holiday I booked with them was disastrous (at the Menaville Resort in Safaga, Egypt), during which time we suffered construction noise, poor hygiene standards (towels in room unchanged from previous occupants etc), slow waiters (usually a good 15-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee at breakfast), illness and huge flight delays with little or no information or support from Regal. I wrote a detailed letter of complaint on my return but their response seemed dismissive, their main points being that no-one else complained and no-one else got ill, so they didn't feel responsible. This really was the final straw for me and we will be looking at other dive operators next time.
