    Good Points: Excellent Customer Service. Good choice of products. Good value for money. Automatic order process updates.


    Bad Points: Occasional minor delivery delays.


    General comments: I first found Oober Baby while searching for a children's "sling" bookcase in Google Shopping; their price was considerably lower than the competition. I placed my order, and received status updates by email - including one that the product was on order from the suppliers. I contacted them via email and it's fair to say the level of Customer Service I received was far and away the best of any retailer (online or high street) I have ever experienced. I would *highly* recommend this company.
