“Unresponsive”

I brought these trainers for my partners birthday. They were a great price & looked great too. Unfortunately they are too small & he needs to exchange them for a bigger size. I ordered 2 bags in error as I did not get a confirmation for the first I immediately called and left a message and sent an e mail. However 2 were still despatched. “POOR RETURNS FACILITY”

I needed to return a product that was too tight. There is no standard return procedure within the delivery paperwork. Instead you need to email the company. They email you back with instructions and an attachment returns form which you need to print off, fill in and include with item for return. You are warned the item is your responsibility and advised to buy a 'tracked - signed for' service. You are then asked to email the tracking number and date of dispatch to the company. Never come across Outdoor GB before, though the website looked professional and a good product was at a reasonably competitive price so didn't see any problem. However, I waited 9 days before the item was even dispatched, a further 3 days to arrive. Too long. “Bad service, good product”

I ordered the product, and did not receive it in the specified delivery time (3-5 working days). I accept that I ordered around Christmas but the product was not with me in the stated time frame. Unfortunately I would like to return the product I have purchased. The issue with this is they don't give you a return address and form in the package (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES!). “Campfire-Style Porcelain Message Mug Nauticalia”

I was looking to replace a mug by Nauticalia that got broken and the image published on eBay was clearly the same mug. When it arrived, however, it was nothing like the original mug. “Delivery time is a joke”

When this company says its item is "in stock" it actually means the item is located at a remote warehouse and first has to be ordered from there before it can be sent out. “Fine apart from no privacy policy and subsequent marketing”

They had the stuff I wanted, and the price was fair, so I ordered paying by paypal. The goods arrived quickly. No arguments there. I have since received marketing mail from them, despite not giving them my email address and only paying by paypal.
