Unbelievably bad customer service. Wanted to have a refund for a defective item. Was asked to send it to the manufacturer for assessment. When they send a replacement I can have a refund. 2 weeks and still waiting. Manufacturer was baffled as I was. Totally rubbish company, not especially cheap or well stocked. Ordered equipment which was shown as 'in stock' on the website but a week later it hadn't turned up. Tried to email but got no reply. Number on the website is disconnected so found another one through Google and called. Ordered over Christmas so took a while to arrive, I ordered the wrong product so tried to call but they are not there at the weekend, I emailed and called them on a Monday about returning item and I have not heard anything. Very slow and unhelpful. Still waiting to send my item back as they don't include return note. “Next Day Delivery - Failure!”

I brought a 250£ sports watch from OutdoorGB and received it in a plastic baggy without parts of the original packaging for the box. Suprised to see such an expensive item not shipped in a box but in a plastic bag. Secondly, not to sound fussy, but you really should not sell items as NEW if they are missing half the original packaging, or at least state so on your website. To be fair this company did dispatch my item or at least so they say, the courier can't find it and it's been a week since I paid for next day delivery. I'm very disappointed as I wanted my item to go camping with last weekend only to go without it. It's the first time I've used this company and I'm afraid to say I won't be back...buying cheaper doesn't always mean you get the serivice. Ordered a Garmin HRM-Run for £63.49 but when it arrived it was the normal Garmin HRM which is selling for £49.99. What surprised me more was that this item was not even boxed and didn't have any instructions. It looked as though it had been removed from a Garmin 910xt bundle as it was just in a plastic bag. The glasses I received were scratched. I paid recorded delivery to return them for a replacement. Outdoor GB were quibling about refunding my postage. I had to send proof of how much it cost. I eventually got the refund, but after a week my replacements hadn't arrived. When I questioned it they weren't in stock. I asked for a full refund so I could buy them elsewhere.
