To be fair this company did dispatch my item or at least so they say, the courier can't find it and it's been a week since I paid for next day delivery. I'm very disappointed as I wanted my item to go camping with last weekend only to go without it. It's the first time I've used this company and I'm afraid to say I won't be back...buying cheaper doesn't always mean you get the serivice. “Wrong product not even boxed”

Ordered a Garmin HRM-Run for £63.49 but when it arrived it was the normal Garmin HRM which is selling for £49.99. What surprised me more was that this item was not even boxed and didn't have any instructions. It looked as though it had been removed from a Garmin 910xt bundle as it was just in a plastic bag. I've had a 4 Garmin watches, numerous HRM, cadence sensors etc.......they are always in a box. “Sent a faulty item and had to pester to get my refund”

The glasses I received were scratched. I paid recorded delivery to return them for a replacement. Outdoor GB were quibling about refunding my postage. I had to send proof of how much it cost. I eventually got the refund, but after a week my replacements hadn't arrived. When I questioned it they weren't in stock. I asked for a full refund so I could buy them elsewhere. “Package damage and late ”

Paid for extra next day delivery ,i was sent an email saying it would be with me on thursday the 2nd of april at the latest of 7pm, at 6:55am it was out for delivery .. I took the day off work as it was for my brothers birthday on the friday. I waited in the house until 7pm. No sign no email to say why. “Poor attitude to a customer with a complaint”

I was supplied with an item that was faulty and contacted seller with details. I was asked to forward a photograph of the fault which was quite a pain to do. The first time any seller has ever done this when I have had cause to complain. I was then told that the company was sorry the item was "unsuitable" and I had to complete a returns form (no problem) and return the item by registered post. I recently purchased some cycling gloves from OutdoorGB. The size guide on their website stated that, according to my hand measurements, "medium" was the size I needed so that's what I ordered. I called Outdoor GB and left them a message and sent them an email asking them to send a replacement within 4 days as I needed it before going on holiday. No-one responded until I called again the following day.
