    Good Points: Clean planes, punctuality, good food, service and economy.


    Bad Points: None.


    General comments: I am an avid traveler. It helps me not only recharge myself, but also broaden my perspective by offering me new experiences, place to see and people to meet. Makes a new man out of anyone, I ' d say! From the lofty hills of Himachal, to the sand dunes in Majastic Rajasthan to the back waters in Kerala, I ' ve had the opportunity to travel, explore and enrich myself.I like to travel by road, rail and air. However, over the past few years I prefer to travel more by air than other means, thanks to the savings of time and money that low cost airlines allow. During my course of travels, I have tried out most of the low cost airlines operating in India, and Spice Jet more than most. I have flown many times with them and I have always been happy with their prices and services. In May 2005, when the carrier launched, I booked tickets for June ' 05 since the inaugural offer of Rs.99 was simply irresistible! What I really like about the carrier is their punctuality. Out of all the flights I have done, only 2 had delayed departures because there were other carriers in the slot to take off. I ' ve always found the staff on Spice Jet to be helpful and courteous. I like their red attire since it adds a dash of color! On one occasion, I wanted a window seat and the staff was kind enough to provide me with one. The flights have always been comfortable and take offs and landings have been smooth. Since this is a low cost airline, you have to buy your food onboard. The food mostly consists of snacks and is economically priced, hygienic and good to eat. Like the staff in flight I have found the ground staff to be courteous and always willing to give a helping hand if required. They have recently announced new connecting flights to destinations like Guwahati, Pune, Kashmir, Varanasi, Bagdogra (near Siliguri, WB) and more such destinations which are on my travel must visit list. This not only means more flights, but also better connectivity for travel freaks to see more and visit more.As a matter of fact, all the people who I have recommended to fly by Spice Jet, have had a positive experience in comparison to other low cost carriers. They swear by the value for money, performance and the courteousness of the staff. Like me, they prefer flying with them destination after destination!
