“boutique flight: oman air business class!”

Check in LHR: We got to check in with a small Que for business class passengers (business class was booming) and got past security within 15 minutes of all this! Lounge: We used the No1 lounge T3, the SAS lounge had mixed reviews whereas this lounge seemed great. Got a complimentary 15 minute facial left my skin radiant! “worst airline on earth”

this is the worst airline i have ever travelled in, so bad that i think they get like hundreds of complain every week that they did not even bother to reply to my complain. thier short haull flights have smaller air craft and the service it that you would give to cattles in a shed with such as food literally thrown at you without even asking you your options. ground floor staff seem to mock the passengers as they check in including the so called supervior. total disaster and i would never...
