We are sorry that you experienced a delay, this is not our usual service, as you can clearly see from our other customers reviews.
I am shocked that can leave such a damning review for our company, when you were so clearly pleased when you came to collect the ring.
The delay was caused because the hallmarking office losing the original ring we made for you, for which we are very sorry, but was out of our control.
As you stated, when you notified us that you were not happy, we quickly rectified the issue for you.
