    Good Points: Really affordable, and only one day so I didn't have to commit to longer training


    General comments: Welcome Host is a really good one day course that was interactive and made me remember what good customer service is all about . You always think its obvious how to provide excellent customer service but it was a really good reminder to take time out and helped me put myself in the customers shoes so I can try and exceed expectations in the future
