Good Points: There are a good variety of recipes not found elsewhere.
Bad Points: Most recipes require egg, and egg substitutes are not satisfactory for some of the more crucial recipes, such as bread. There is also a lack of bread recipes (only one rice bread option). Also, some recipes have a high glycemic load.
General comments: I would like to see this book written in a similar style, but as well, for vegan diabetics. Also, using good oils is beneficial as long as they are not heated, and these recipes involve a lot of oil, margarine, and greasing pans which I would like to see not there in future editions.
