Well having just returned back from a Week all inclusive to the Isla bonita / now called the Jardin isla bonita so i believe , i felt i needed to write a review to put people minds out at rest after we read so many horrible reviews beofre we left the UK . The hotel is rated a 4 Star , I have travelled all around the world and it isnt a 4 star , more like a 3 star .. Just arrived back after another wonderful 2 weeks at this hotel, myself and family have been going back every year for the last 12 years ( we love it).a few years ago this hotel was taken over by the adonis group and at the time of changing hands we did notice a drop in standard, which is usually the norm when a business is taken over. however over the last few years we have noticed lots of improvments, rooms refurbished, kids club overhauled, bar areas repainted and refurbished plus many...
