As a great cookery fan I was highly impressed by Bill Granger, Sydney Food. In this book the Australian chef offers a fantastic collection of recipes that are simple to make and gives you a feel for life in Australia's capital. Divided into sections including breakfasts, lunches and dinners, the breakfast section being the most impressive there is something for every taste and desire. (Other sections include dishes from his restaurant menus). Although Granger is only young he certainly gives a real insight into the eating culture in Sydney combining beach life and life in the city.
