I received a great service so very surprised to see bad reviews but I suppose people only bother when it's negative, i was warmly welcomed and the assistant was super helpful I only went in for some gloves for my son, they unfortunately didn't have the size in but were happy to order in for me. The stick range they have is superb and the lowest prices I have seen anywhere as I result I left with a long waterproof dog walking coat that I am delighted with, I will be returning for some fell running shoes. If you are wanting good quality with low prices I recommend it.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about this company. I have ordered from this company three times and each time they have impressed me with their speed of delivery, low prices and excellent advice. Whether it's ski clothing or camping kit, their customer services team seem to know the products inside out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company as one of the best outdoor clothing and camping retailers anywhere on the Internet.

I called for advice which I found to be excellent. They talked me into buying something that I wasn't entirely sure about but the girl knew a lot more about equipment than I do. So I placed the order on her advice. And I'm glad I did. It turned up next day and was way better than the stuff I'd looked at in other shops. Better still it was at a better price. Very impressed with this company, their service and their delivery. Recommended.

I am an Internet geek who looks at every price around before I buy on ebay, Amazon and everywhere else. These people always seem to be cheapest. I ordered a lot of stuff and looked long and hard before buying. Initially put off by reviews but their prices were the best I could find so gave them a call to check them out. They were friendly and they checked all the items were in stock. All good everything arrived next day. I don't know why some people have experienced problems! Would recommend.

It was all very good for me. Ordered in afternoon, called to check it was coming, said they would make sure it was on its way and sure enough turned up next day. Said I would review if it turned up for my holiday and it did so all good for me. Recommended.

I've been massively into skiing for the past 20 years and have to say, I've bought a lot of kit in that time! I saw a Haglofs ski jacket on their website and really liked it. However, not sure, I went to a local retailer to try it on. It was great but £100 dearer in the shop than I'd seen it on the mania website. I went home and rang them. They were really helpful and confirmed that they had the jacket in the right size and at the price stated. I made the plunge and ordered. Having done so I checked this website and had second thoughts! However I had no need to as the jacket turned up the next day as stated, well packaged and at an incredible saving. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend this lot to anyone. Brilliant company all round.

Confused by what to buy for my first ski trip I called Outdoormania for advice. They were brilliant advising me not to spend too much and kitted me out for half of what I'd budgeted. Also everything fitted and all arrived in one big box two days later. Really cannot fault, saves going to a retail shop and much cheaper.

Used these before and I really like their set up. On this occasion, as before I had a very pleasant experience. Ordered a large amount of gear and called to check sizing first. Girl measured everything for us and when the stuff arrived it all fitted perfectly. Didn't like one pair of trousers so sent them back for exchange. This was carried out almost immediately. Excellent all round.

Saw a couple of things thought they looked too cheap so called them on the basis that if something is too good to be true then it usually is. Said was in stock so ordered. Only had to keep my fingers crossed for 12 hours as it all turned up next day. Faultless service and speedy delivery with helpful friendly staff. Defo recommended.

Ordered some gear from these as they are cheapest in Germany. I called as my English is good to see if they will send to Germany. They said no problem and sent me all the ski clothes that I ordered. All arived in good time and all was good except colour of wifes jacket she did not like. I travel to north of England on business and visited them to take back. They changed colour of jacket without situation and were very nice to deal with. I think they have good choice of clothing and ski clothes and they have best prices. No problem with sending to Germany either.

Wasn't sure about Outdoormania so visited it's store in Yorkshire. Wow! What a shop. Largest outdoor shop I have ever been in. Lots of skiwear items and massively helpful staff. Very impressed with the set up. When I got home I regretted not buying a helmet I'd seen there. So I went online and ordeed it. I even called to check the size and spoke too one of the managers who was really helpful and gave me some good advice. I ordered online and the helmet arrived in two days. Perfect service and a store that's definitely worth a visit.

Ordered a large amount of ski wear and wasn't sure about some of the information on products. Called to check and found staff very knowledgeable and helpful. All items arrived as stated within a three day time frame, well packaged and as ordered. Cannot fault service or attitude.
