“Will Use MAS Again! May You Rise to Glory Again!”

“Lame,Sucks,Worse”

This is the first money hunger airline with no any service mind I ever met. They leave their Customer to miss a flight with 40 minutes with sit on their fat ass as nothing happens and ignore every help that they could do. For the asking about ticket counter ... “What happens if you have missed a flight?”

For many people, do not accept if they missed flight no matter due to weather, technical fault or operational problems. If you miss your flight do not worry and do not be aggressive because if the airline employee you find between the person making the noise you might not be treated well. Among the ways to know if you are looking for missing exchange counters and offices affected flights. Then talk about your next flight. “Appalling customer service in Kuala Lumpur”

I was supposed to fly on 6.12.2013 from KL to Singapore on an afternoon flight (around 3pm). We were already inside the plane and waiting for the takeoff, the aircon didn't work and it was getting really hot. After about 40 minutes of waiting the plane started to drive out but then stopped and returned to the starting point. “A380 Upper Deck”

I have tried to book a flight from London to Kuching return and before completion of booking I had a choice to book my seats. However I found the seating plan did not include the upper deck. I went to MAS's feedback page and told them my problem. “A HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER”

I had the opportunity to travel to Kota Kinabalu for some work purpose, I had this time selected Malaysia Airlines because I have heard of the better and improve services from Friends. The flight left KL at 12.55 pm on time and arrive as schedule. The Service inside the plane was excellent and polite. The facilities now with Movie Channels and Info made our trips more enjoyable. My wife and I have flown with many carriers over many years. Our experience with Malaysian Airlines is one, however, that we hope to forget.

Our problem was not with the air staff who were great. Our problem arose when the airline decided to change the day and time of flight as well as the stopover. When we complained well ahead of our return trip the public relations officer planned politics with us and did everything other than the options we gave him: to return the flight to what we had booked or to refund the return trip portion of the fare and let us rebook with another carrier.

The fob offs and denials went on until the day of the flight and we were compelled to accept the ordeal. To add insult to injury the airline then also changed our pre booked seating to the worst seats in the plane...the last 2 seats adjacent to the toilets - when there were plenty of free seats all over the plane.

When we got back to Australia I demanded a refund but was met with the same used car salesman rhetoric. So we listed the matter with Fair Trading and let it be known to the company representative that we were prepared to return to the commission as many times as required realising that this would cost the company heaps. They relented and we settled on most of the return fare. After the hearing the representatives were on their way to the next hearing and it appeared that the conduct of the company resulted in multiple actions.

In my opinion, for what it is worth, AVOID THIS AIRLINE as the problems we had indicated to me that the carrier, whilst having a good reputation in the market place, is only going to be good UNTIL A PROBLEM ARISES. Personally I do not book flights to go through what we endured and I am sure that I am not alone in this.

“Horrible Food longhaul flight.”

I was flying to London on September, 2013. The food was horrible. It is high time you get good food suppliers who know how to cook tasty meals. Remember, MAS is a premium airline not a pasar malam airline. Even pasar malam food tastes better. Furthermore most of the snacks are all unhealthy food, butter, high sugar level. There must some consideration for high level of cholesterol and high sugar contents in biscuits etc. Further food cooked is substandard. Like I said pasar malam food… Read Full Review

I don't even want to give it ONE star, but the rating field is mandatory. Flight was delayed several hrs, from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. I understand bad things do happen, and not everything will go the way I want. However what annoyed me is the services. “Missing mileage on One World partners”

I flew Malaysia Airlines in mid-May on business class. I had entered my Cathay Pacific frequent flyer number during reservation as well as presented my card at check-in counters. My membership number was clearly printed on each boarding pass. “WEBISTE DOWN FOR DAYS ON END”

I have been trying to book a short flight within Malaysia for the last 3 days. MAS flight booking service site has been down for at least 3 days now, with no indication of when or whether it will be back in service. I called their London office. “Terrible online purchase and check-in experience”

Booking an air ticket should be something very easy, quick and hassle-free, but this cannot be said for Malaysia Airlines. I will have to reserve 30 mins just to book a ticket online most of the times. There will always be errors here and there, and sometimes they don't even let me proceed to the payment page. I had encountered errors at the payment page for my past 3 bookings. Every time, the transaction will time out and I had to call the Call Center. And they charged me another RM30(domestic flight) for completing the payments by phone. I'm really disappointed with their online booking system.

have spent hours o trying to get thru to this lot especially when their website was down for rework for MONTHS earlier this year and phone was the only option.in the end- nobody reliable or informed at any point ...total waste of money on international calls. I the end they ignored my previously reserved seat choice froonline booking -dont waste your time (and everyone elses seat preferences it seemed SYD_KUL return in|April I .had unpleasant encounter inbound with horrible attendant with bad attitude Mr Z who poked me repeatedly to 'wake me up' ai protested and complained to the very nice older purser.i dont think MAS gives a rats to be honest re customer complaints tho.
Food awful ,long wait at check in in HKT -over 1 hr for short queue.I checked i online but it did not work properly and still had to queue anyway.
Wold rather fly Air Asia at least they dont pretend to be 5*
